Sarah is currently hosting her new Podcast “She Creates Noise”, where she interviews game changing women in the music industry. It launched June 2025. It is bi-monthly and is set to finish it’s 14th episode early November ‘25.
Sarah has had a busy few years with multiple releases, writing regularly in London, LA, Nashville, and NYC. Her release with Meg Smith "Cross My Heart I Hope U Die” has garnered over 30 million streams.
Recently Nagourney has been writing with Emma Rae, Isabella Dussias, Charlie Brennan, Isabella Kensington, and Charlie Mindich. Her recent trip to London was in May ‘25 where she collaborated with a number of promising young artists.
In late 2023, the remix of Cross My heart was released with Chandler Leighton. The track is also the theme song of Ezra, the hit vampire TV series, and was featured on the hit Netflix show Ginny & Georgia, as well as numerous Spotify playlists. Under Sarah's management with her partner Constantine, Meg went on to win the first inaugural BMI Charlie Feldman Award.
Since that time, Meg Smith has been featured on the cover of 7 Spotify playlists and included on many others, gaining hundreds of thousands of followers. Sarah’s release with Meg Smith “All the Things You’d Ruin,” was featured in Spotify’s March 2023 Fresh Finds campaign on its TikTok and Instagram pages, as well as on the Fresh Finds playlist as a cover.
